A 60-minute private appointment shaped around your completed intake, with advance preparation included. We begin with 10–15 minutes of conversation, move into approximately 25 minutes of guided practice, then leave 15–20 minutes for sharing, questions & reflection.
Payment is upfront; scheduling remains pending confirmation. Payment and completed intake are required at least seven days ahead. Give 72 hours’ notice for a refund or rescheduling; late cancellations count as used. In-person prices include the booked space in San Diego or Chicago, subject to availability.
